Provincial Nominee

Most provinces and territories in Canada can nominate immigrants through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Candidates must have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of that province or territory, and must want to live there.

To qualify under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), a Canadian province or territory must nominate an applicant.

Currently there are eleven provinces and territories that are participating in the program. Criteria and eligibility varies by province; Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.

Why Seeking Professional Help with PNPs is Important

The documentation and processes involved in successfully obtaining a PNP are complex. There is a higher risk of refusal if the file is not prepared properly.
